Head-on Washer.

Shrimp Head-on Washer is designed and widely used in SeaFood Processing Sectors.

IDEF Shrimp Head-on Washer has dual functions that were air bubble and water spray. The dust particles can be cleaned in all directions and at multiple angles from the Shrimps. The pressure pump can generate bubbles at the bottom of the water tank after it starts to work. The generated air bubbles can wash Shrimps. It can be used for extending many sizes of shrimp as required with the most precision and optimum reliability.

In IDEF Shrimp Head-on Washer, air bubbles generated by the high-pressure blower can drive the continuous water circulation, so that the shrimps floating and immersed in the water can be turned over and washed, and the continuous water flow can ensure that the product is gently washed, soiled, and the raw materials are not damaged. The speed of the conveyor can be controlled by the frequency converter according to the characteristics of the aquacultural product, thereby controlling the time during which the product is washed in the water.

IDEF Shrimp De-heading Conveyor is to help workers remove raw shrimp heads. Pan Setting Conveyor.

IDEF Pan Setting Conveyor is used for stacking the right amount of headless Shrimps according to weight. Before the stacking process, the headless shrimps must be inspected in order to deliver the customer with quality material and to avoid rejection of goods.

For this purpose, the IDEF Pan setting conveyor is used. It consists of an Inspection table with a perforated sheet at the top. The soaked materials are kept on the inspection table. After passing the quality check, it is passed to the Weighing table. The stacked pans are delivered to another side of the conveyor. Labours collect the pans and stack them in the plate freezer for further freezer room storage purposes.

Soaking Agitator.

IDEF Soaking Agitator is widely used in the seafood processing industry to agitate mix soak clean products like shrimps, prawns, fishes, squid, and cuttlefish. After washing the headless materials they must be soaked in water with additives. For this purpose Soaking Agitator is used.
