IDEF Bucket Elevator Conveyor is made of a connected loop of buckets that stay level when moving from horizontal to vertical. The conveyor is loaded with granular materials at the front, and each bucket automatically feeds the product to a multi-head weigher at the end of the conveyor. This process is a fast and automatic method of vertical conveying, as the same buckets which pick up material are used to feed it.

IDEF Bucket Elevator Conveyors are applicable for vertical lifting of granule materials such as grain, rice, flour, sugar, snacks, chocolates, food products, vegetables, etc. For this lifting machine, the hopper is driven by the chains to lift. It is used for the vertical feeding of granules or small block material. It has advantages of large quantity and height lifting.
