Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies, manage recruitment and onboarding processes, maintain employee records, coordinate payroll and attendance systems, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Handle employee relations, performance evaluations, and organize training and development programs to support a positive workplace culture.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, minimum 2 years of HR experience (preferably in an industrial environment), strong understanding of Indian labor laws, excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing the full recruitment cycle, and overseeing onboarding and exit processes. They will maintain accurate employee records, coordinate payroll and attendance systems, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Requirements: Experience in business administration, related field or supply chain management, strong negotiation and organizational skills.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field, proficiency in Tally or any accounting software, strong MS Excel skills, and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles, GST, and TDS regulations.
