Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies, manage recruitment and onboarding processes, maintain employee records, coordinate payroll and attendance systems, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Handle employee relations, performance evaluations, and organize training and development programs to support a positive workplace culture.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, minimum 2 years of HR experience (preferably in an industrial environment), strong understanding of Indian labor laws, excellent communication and leadership skills.
