IBT (Ice Bank Tank)
An ice bank tank is used for producing and storing ice in an insulated tank which is recirculated for cooling milk and milk products to a desired temperature. IDEF Ice Bank Tank is carefully designed to ensure the required energy storage in the form of ice, consuming the least possible energy.
